Manga Hotels keeps faith in hospitality, and downtown Toronto
Manga Hotels is in the early stages of its most ambitious growth phase, with one downtown Toronto property under construction and four more hotels planned. “We have faith in the city and have a long-term view,” company president and chief executive officer Sukhdev Toor told RENX in a recent interview. “It’s a world-class city and we think that after this COVID thing is over that people will travel and there will be pent-up demand because people are tired of sitting at home.”

HALIFAX — Manga Hotels has almost completed a $17 million renovation of the 238-room Atlantica Hotel in downtown Halifax. “The hotel was an older property that needed work. It was an extensive renovation — not just lipstick here and there,” Sukhdev Toor, president and CEO of Manga Hotels told CLN.

Manga Hotels Submits Plan for Two-Tower King West Development
Manga Hotels acquired the site at 689 King Street West in May, 2019 and have now tabled their own vision for the property, consisting of a pair of 13 and 18-storey buildings designed by Sweeny &Co Architects.
